It’s worth the drive to Acton! Trinity United Church is seeking a full-time ordained or diaconal minister. It’s time again to order poinsettias for Christmas! Judi Shannon will be in the narthex to take your orders today.  Pricing is the same as other years - $7 for small and $15 for large.

Colours are red and white, large and small. Thank you from the Flower Committee. Or you may call Linda Inglis at 519-853-0806. 

We are looking for person to join our Administration and Stewardship Circle.  The committee only meets every other month.  If interested, please contact Bob Austin. 

Less than a week to our Christmas sale “Holly Jolly Christmas” on Saturday, November 24 from 9 am till 2 pm.  We will have a café, wreaths, gifts, silent auction, baking and décor items. Cookie plate contributions to be delivered to the church on Thursday evening at 7 pm. We need these goodies at this time in order for the plates to be prepared on Friday morning. Bake Sale contributions to be delivered to the church on Friday Evening at 7 pm.  Please have these items wrapped and labelled, ready for sale.  

If you are able to provide a few dozen of your favourite Christmas cookies, please let us know. Mark your calendar and plan to do some shopping!

Please bring any bells you have at home and any story attached to the bells to share on Sunday December 2nd.

Tracy Cripps is collecting new toys for The Ronald McDonald house in Hamilton.  A box has been placed in the narthex for the toys. Thank you.

Community News

Do you like to sing? Come join the 'Women Who Sing' group on Mondays from 2:00 - 3:30 at Trinity United. If you are not confident about your singing talent, just hum along.Our songs focus on our love for the earth and its environment, and we have fun. Board Games for Newcomers – Georgetown branch of the Halton Hills library on Saturday, November 24th, from 1 – 3 pm. See bulletin board for more information.

Our next Dinner Night Out is on Friday, November 23rd from 6 – 7pm at The Bethel Church, hosted by the YMCA of the GTA.
